Prakash Training here isn't just about weapon handling. Because I have faced the unique pressure of an Olympic final, I teach the specific breathing and visualization techniques required to stay calm when every point counts. We do not just correct your grip; we help you manage the nerves that come with competitive shooting. Many coaching centers teach you how to stand and aim. Here, I teach you how to compete. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the journey from local ranges to the Olympic arena. When you train with me, you are learning the nuances of 10M Air Rifle and Air Pistol that only come from years of high-stakes pressure. ### The Olympian Advantage I know the toll that competitive shooting takes on both the body and the mind. It is why our programs at the Nalapad Shooting Academy integrate more than just range time. We focus on: * **Technical Correction:** Moving beyond basics to advanced trigger control, follow-through, and sight alignment using ISSF-standard electronic targets. * **Mental Conditioning:** Techniques to lower your heart rate before a shot and maintain focus through an entire match. * **Holistic Fitness:** Access to gym, yoga, and nutrition guidance because physical stamina is the foundation of consistency. Whether you are a beginner looking to try the sport or an athlete preparing for the CBSE or National championships, the process remains the same. We identify your strengths, correct technical flaws early, and build the discipline required to win. This is not about shortcuts. It is about steady, calculated progress toward your potential. ## About Prakash Nanjappa Shooting Academy I am P.N. Prakash, an Olympian and Arjuna Awardee. I started this academy to pass on the technical skills and mental discipline I picked up representing India on the world stage, helping you build a champion’s mindset from day one.
