Whether we are using metal trusses for a wedding stage or building custom wood frames for a corporate neon sign, we prioritize the physical build quality alongside the aesthetic. We handle the carpentry, floral styling, and lighting setup in-house, ensuring the final piece matches the sketches we discuss during our site visit. We approach every event decor project as a physical build. Unlike agencies that rely solely on rental catalogues, we construct stages and props from the ground up to fit your specific venue layout. For corporate events, we integrate structural elements like wooden framing and branded neon signage that aligns with your identity. For weddings, we balance fresh flowers like orchids and lilies with high-quality artificial blooms to create dense, durable installations that remain fresh throughout the event. ### Our Process 1. **Site Assessment:** We conduct a 1-hour visit to measure the space and discuss themes. 2. **Conceptualizing:** We provide digital mockups or sketches so you can see the direction before we begin production. 3. **Production:** Because we handle our own carpentry and painting, we have full flexibility with materials, including pine wood, artificial grass, and acrylic emulsions. 4. **Logistics:** We manage the entire process, including the transport and the 3-4 hour on-site setup, ensuring you do not have to manage multiple vendors. Whether it is an 8x8ft stage for an intimate ceremony or a large-scale setup for a brand launch in Bengaluru, our goal is to build an environment that feels intentional rather than prefabricated. ## About Prajyothi Events & Arts We are artists first, event planners second. We do not just rent out props; we build, paint, and style every element to fit your theme. If you have an idea that does not fit into a standard catalogue, that is exactly where we do our best work.
