At Prahar, we don't just teach the moves; we prepare you for the specific judging standards and ring craft expected at official Delhi Taekwondo selection trials, ensuring you step onto the mat with clarity and purpose. District championships are the first major milestone for any aspiring athlete at Prahar. These events, such as the South West District or Stairs Outer District Championships, are not just about winning medals; they are the vital gateway to the Delhi State Championships. ### Preparing for Selection We break down the World Taekwondo (WT) scoring rules so you understand exactly what judges look for—clean strikes, proper form, and controlled footwork. For Kyorugi, we simulate match scenarios to help you manage distance, pressure, and timing. For Poomsae, we refine your rhythm and power until your movements are precise. ### The Prahar Approach The environment at a district trial is fast-paced and intense. While coaches are there to guide, the fighter must think on their feet. We train our students to read their opponent and adjust their strategy in real-time, a skill that separates medalists from participants. Our training path involves rigorous mock trials within our academy, ensuring every student is physically conditioned and mentally ready before they face external competition. Whether you are aiming for your first district medal or looking to secure a spot on the Delhi State Team, we provide the technical foundation to get there. It is about hard work, consistent training, and being ready when the buzzer sounds. ## About Prahar Taekwondo Academy I am Digvijay Kushwaha, and I believe every championship starts with the training we do in the academy. My team and I focus on getting our students competition-ready, guiding them through every district selection with the same intensity they will face on the big stage. Join us, and let us get you ready to fight for gold.
