## Meet your expert

### My story

We’re Prahar Taekwondo Academy. For us, Taekwondo isn’t just kicks and punches, it’s life. Our students? Yeah, they’re our Team Prahar, our family. We see champs grow, celebrate every new belt, festival, and medal together. That sign on our wall says it best: discipline is the bridge. No shortcuts here, just practice, sweat, and smiles. Their wins, big or small, are what make us proud. Keep going, Team Prahar!

### My work

- **Taekwondo & Self-Defense Classes**: We train all ages for belt promotions, from color belts up to black belt. Self-defense for kids too.
- **Championship Prep**: Team Prahar competes in Kyorugi sparring and Poomsae forms at district, state, and national levels.
- **Step-by-Step Coaching**: No shortcuts. We push for discipline and focus, growing together, one round at a time.
- **Team Prahar Culture**: Not just fighting. It’s about character, support, and celebrating every win as a family.
