We have a unique practice where students step into the instructor's role, guiding the class under supervision. It is a humbling, eye-opening experience, even for our most experienced students, that shifts your focus from just getting the pose right to understanding how to truly guide another person's journey. When you look at our Yoga Teacher Training (TTC) program, you will see it is designed for real growth. We do not chase perfect poses here. Instead, we focus on safe alignment and understanding the body. Graduates often mention the 'asana labs' as a turning point, where they learn to use props like wall ropes and blocks to modify postures for any body type. We also teach the nuance of verbal cuing, like my regular reminder, 'eradu ottige ettabedi ondondhe' (don't lift both together, one by one). This precision is what builds confidence in a teacher. Our community is diverse. Students come from all over to learn Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, but they stay for the holistic environment. Many of our TTC graduates highlight the theory sessions as equally impactful. Whether it is learning Patanjali Yoga Sutras, exploring basic anatomy, or attending a sound healing session, the goal is to provide a complete view of yoga. We are a Yoga Alliance certified studio in Sahakar Nagar, meaning you get a recognized credential, but the real takeaway is the personal shift.
