This small group size is intentional; it allows our instructors to notice exactly when a child is struggling with a specific pose or needs a boost in their creative technique, making the 60-hour program feel more like a mentorship than a standard activity camp. Our camp is built on the philosophy of 'Yoga for Self and Society'. We believe summer holidays should not just be about passing time, but about building skills and self-reliance. Located in our Rajajinagar studio, we combine physical movement with deep mental stimulation to keep kids engaged. ### Why Our Approach Works **Yoga & Wellness:** We teach asanas and pranayama to improve focus, concentration, and posture. These are essential skills for children who spend increasing amounts of time looking at screens. **Creative & Skill Development:** Led by our expert mentors, we teach photography, mandala art, glass painting, and calligraphy. We find that when kids learn to focus on the details of a photograph or the steady hand needed for glass painting, that patience and attention to detail carry over into their academic work. **Brain Gym & Traditional Games:** To keep the mind sharp, we revive classic games like Chauka Bara and Aadu Huli Aata. These require strategy, quick thinking, and social interaction that digital games simply cannot replicate. We also integrate 'Brain Gym' exercises, which are non-equipment movements specifically designed to improve coordination between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. ### The Details Batches run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We provide all art materials and props, so you do not need to worry about the logistics. It is a comprehensive, 60-hour experience designed to make your child more independent, focused, and ready for the challenges of the upcoming school year. ## About Pradipika Institute of Yoga We are the Pradipika family, rooted in Rajajinagar since 2010.
