When we step onto a set or host a community event, the core of our practice remains the same. Whether we are conducting a televised session on yoga therapy or a local workshop, we prioritize the traditional blend of asana, pranayama, and meditation over simple exercise. ### Why Community Matters to Us Yoga can feel like a solitary pursuit, but we see it as a group journey. Our work extends far beyond our Rajajinagar studio.
