You will be on-set, managing logistics, and learning how a professional styling business actually functions from the inside, so you are ready to launch your own freelance career when you leave. My internship program is not about shadowing; it is about doing. I have been in the fashion industry for 20 years, and I know that the only way to learn is by getting your hands dirty and dealing with the chaos that comes with real projects. ### What You Will Experience Programs run for 3, 6, or 9 months in Mumbai, and we cover the entire spectrum of the industry. You will be involved in: * **On-Set Execution:** Understand how a shoot works, from handling garment bags and steamer prep to managing production house requirements. * **Business Operations:** Learn the unglamorous but essential parts of fashion: invoicing, drafting contracts, sourcing outfits, and client negotiation. * **Systems & Workflow:** See how we use digital tools to manage bookings and client data, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks during busy seasons. * **Industry Networking:** Navigate PR agencies and the barter economy with real-time guidance and professional support.
