It is about having tools for when life gets chaotic. Whether it is using the 'spooning' technique to ground your energy before sleep or learning how to lock your aura before heading into a crowded space, I focus on methods you can use daily. We do not just talk about chakras here, we clear them. Living in a city like Mumbai, our energy gets drained by the constant noise, traffic, and the pace of life. My approach to energy healing is practical. I want you to leave with more than just a fleeting sense of peace. I want you to have a personal toolkit. In my sessions at my Borivali West studio, we combine traditional Reiki with sound healing and crystal work. Reiki is my primary channel for releasing deep emotional knots, but real transformation happens when you start participating in your own healing. This is why I emphasize aura locking. These are simple gestures you can do to shield yourself from negative vibes before you even step out of your house. If you have been feeling physically heavy or emotionally stuck, we start by checking your chakras. I often use angelic switchcodes, which are specific numbers you can write on your body to help balance those energy centers over 43 days. It sounds simple, but it is remarkably effective for shifting your vibrational state. I do not believe in keeping spirituality behind closed doors. You will learn how to ground your polarities using everyday objects like a stainless steel spoon, or how to identify if you are a born empath who needs extra protection. Whether you are looking for a one-off Reiki session to reset your nervous system or longer-term chakra balancing, my goal is to help you take charge of your own energy field. ## About Pracchi P Mehta I am Pracchi.
