Instead, we run sessions like a community hangout where you can work on your footwork, swap tips with batchmates, and actually enjoy the grind. If you are a beginner, we start with the basics—grip, service, and footwork—so you don't feel overwhelmed. If you are looking to get serious, our competitive programs ramp up the intensity with plyometrics, 2-on-1 feeding drills, and tournament-standard shuttle control. **What to expect at our Sidedahalli centers:** * **Beginner Lessons:** No tension here. We focus on fundamentals to get you confident on the court. * **Fitness & Agility:** We use agility ladders and core drills because we know fitness is the foundation of a good game. * **Community First:** We organize intra-academy tournaments and celebrate birthdays because we want you to feel like you're part of a family, not just a student list.
