Whether we are fixing your grip or running agility ladder drills, my goal is to make sure you are enjoying the game as much as I do. Most of my students start as strangers in our Saturday batches and end up as a crew who hang out off the court as much as they play on it. My journey started with a simple belief: sports should be a way to build a community. At my academies in Sidedahalli and across Bangalore, I have seen beginners who couldn't hold a racket go on to compete in our internal club tournaments. I designed the training levels to meet you where you are, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. If you are just starting, my weekend hobby batches are the perfect place to get comfortable with the basics like service tossing and footwork without the pressure. For those who want to take it up a notch, my weekday foundation and competitive performance programs dive into tactical court coverage and advanced stroke accuracy. We use a mix of nylon and feather shuttles depending on your stage, ensuring your progress is backed by the right equipment and intense, practical conditioning. Beyond the scores and the ladder drills, it is about 'hīgondu payaṇa'—the journey. We celebrate the small wins, push through the sprints together, and sometimes we even goof around. If you are looking for a coach who is as invested in your fitness as he is in the fun, you have found the right spot. ## About Prabhakar Pai I’m Prabhakar, and I believe badminton should be the highlight of your week. I started this academy not just to teach a sport, but to build a gang of friends who love the game as much as I do. If you are looking for a coach who’s as invested in your fitness as he is in the fun, come join our squad.
