Whether it is the specific 45-degree head tilt for Jal Neti or the friction technique for Sutra Neti, we use sterilized equipment and proper saline balance to ensure the practice is safe and effective. It is about clearing out the dust of daily life, properly and logically. ### Why Shatkarma Kriyas We obsess over brushing our teeth, but we ignore the filters our body uses every second—our nose and eyes. I bring these ancient practices into a modern, clinical, and safe context. ### The Kriyas I Teach **Jal Neti (Nasal Flushing)** This is the base of nasal health. Using a sterilized Neti pot and RO water with Saindha Namak (Rock Salt) at specific osmolarity, we flush the nasal passage. It is not just pouring water; it is about controlled flow and complete drying with Kapalbhati. Great for anyone in Delhi NCR dealing with chronic sinus or dust allergies. **Sutra Neti (Advanced Cleaning)** When Jal Neti isn't enough, we use a 3mm or 4mm surgical-grade rubber catheter. This is for deep friction cleaning to remove stubborn mucus blockages. I provide hands-on supervision here—guiding your breathwork and relaxing throat muscles so the process is smooth and stress-free. **Netra Neti (Eye Bathing)** Screen time ruins your vision. I use optical-grade acrylic cups to bathe your eyes, removing accumulated gunk and cooling the system. It is simple, but it changes how your eyes feel after a 10-hour workday. ### My Protocol I was certified in Rishikesh, so I don't believe in 'magic'.
