I provide guided Netra Neti sessions to gently cleanse, soothe, and refresh your eyes using traditional yogic techniques. ## Photos and videos - [Video: In this video, I demonstrate the simple steps of Netra Neti. I show how to attach the cups, open your eyes in the water, and perform gentle eye movements to wash away dust and soothe the optic nerves, providing a feeling of deep calm and clarity.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/8f897b46-1912-420f-bb12-74127217a277) ## About Eye Cleansing: Netra Neti Most people worry that putting water in their eyes will sting, but that only happens if the saline concentration is wrong. I use exact water osmolarity so there is zero irritation, just a cooling, refreshing sensation. We focus on getting the cup seal perfect before we start any movement, so you feel completely in control and safe throughout the entire wash. ### The Science of Seeing Clearly Netra Neti is part of the Shatkarma—ancient yogic cleansing routines that actually work. In a city like Delhi or Ghaziabad, our eyes are constantly fighting dust, smoke, and digital strain. This isn't just about rinsing; it's about calming the nervous system. **What we cover in our session:** * **Perfect Seal & Positioning:** I'll show you how to attach the eye cup correctly so you don't spill water everywhere. * **Controlled Movement:** It's not just about sitting with water in your eyes. I'll guide you through specific eye rotations—left to right, up to down—to ensure the saline reaches every corner and washes away accumulated impurities. * **Post-Kriya Relief:** We don't just finish and leave. I make sure your eyes are dried and rested properly, helping you feel the immediate reduction in that 'heavy eye' feeling. **Is it safe?** Absolutely. I am a certified yoga teacher from Rishikesh, and I treat this as a technical practice. We use sterilized, optical-grade acrylic cups and specific saline water mixes. Whether you are dealing with chronic dry eyes from office work or just want to feel fresher, this is one of those *asli cheezein* (real things) that makes a tangible difference in your daily focus. Bolo har har! ## About Fitness and Yoga Coach I'm a certified yoga teacher from Rishikesh, and I believe in using science to clean the body from the inside out.
