We manage everything from surface protection to final cleanup, ensuring your space stays exactly as we found it. Our team handles the transport of heavy clay and tools, manages the setup, and takes care of all waste, so the only thing you need to focus on is the workshop itself. ### A Creative Break for Your Team Sometimes, the best way to connect is by stepping away from screens and getting your hands dirty together. My off-site workshops are designed to break the routine and bring a sense of calm to your office environment. Whether you are planning a team-building activity for 20 people or a larger corporate event for 50+, we adapt our setup to fit your space. ### How It Works We focus on hand-building techniques like pinch, coil, and slab pottery. This approach is highly accessible and requires zero prior experience, making it perfect for colleagues who have never touched clay before. 1. **Setup:** We arrive early to lay down plastic sheeting and prepare the stations. 2. **The Workshop:** I lead the group through a step-by-step process. Everyone makes a functional ceramic piece, such as a bowl or a platter. 3. **Taking Care of the Work:** We handle the reverse logistics, carefully packing the wet clay pieces to transport them back to my Pali Hill studio. 4. **Production:** Every piece goes through two kiln firings to ensure they are durable, food-safe, and microwave-safe. 5. **Delivery:** We glaze the pieces and return the finished ceramics to your office in 4 to 5 weeks. ### Why Teams Love It We have hosted sessions for teams from Netflix, LinkedIn, and LightboxVC. The feedback is consistent: people feel lighter, more connected, and surprised by what they created. It is not just about making a cup or a plate; it is about finding a moment of collective focus where the usual office hierarchies melt away. If you are looking for an employee wellness activity that offers a tangible takeaway, this is it. ## About The Pottery Lab I'm Rekha, and I believe getting hands messy with clay is the best way to break office barriers. I take my studio's calm energy and bring it straight to your team, turning a regular workday into a moment of collective creation.
