I see teams walk in stressed, and leave lighter. Pottery is a mix of madness and calm - you get messy, you laugh, and you make something real together. It’s not just another team outing. It’s about slowing down, connecting, and finding those small wins as a group. ### What Happens in Our Workshops - We ditch the usual office vibe. Everyone’s equal here - no boss, no intern, just hands in clay. - You’ll try creative team bonding activities that spark new ideas and break the routine. - The process is therapeutic. Clay forces you to focus, and you’ll notice how it helps people unwind. - By the end, you’ve made something with your own hands. That feeling? It sticks. ### How We Run It - No art skills needed. I guide everyone, step by step. - We bring all materials, and every piece gets fired in our kiln so it’s food-safe and microwave-safe. - If you make something that’s not quite right, we recycle it. It’s about enjoying the process, not perfection. ### Where It Happens - You can come to our studio in Pali Hill, Bandra - it’s chill, green, and away from city chaos. - Or, we bring the hands-on corporate workshops to your office. We set up everything, you just show up. ### Who’s Been Here Teams from Netflix, LinkedIn, LightboxVC, New Balance have all tried it. Some came for employee wellness through art, others just wanted a break. Either way, everyone left with a smile and a ceramic piece to take home. ## Highlights Browse through The Pottery Lab's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/potterylabx/corporate-team-building-workshops/featured) - [Video: It's always a joy to watch teams like this one from Netflix unwind and connect at the studio.
