We grind our own masale at home rather than using store-bought powders. This 'koota hua' method ensures every bite is packed with the intense, aromatic punch you remember from childhood, rather than the flat taste of factory-produced options. Our pickles are not made in a factory. They are prepared in our kitchen using methods passed down through generations. We believe the secret to a real Indian pickle is patience—sun-drying ingredients to perfection and ensuring the 'top float' layer of Kachi Ghani mustard oil is generous enough to act as a natural moisture barrier. ### Our Signature Range * **Aam Mastana:** The classic raw mango pickle, tangy and spicy, perfect with simple dal-chawal or parathas. * **Mirchi Chatkara:** Fresh green chillies mixed with mustard seeds, sliced to hold the masala perfectly in every bite. * **Nimbu Chatpata:** A zesty, soft lemon pickle that cuts through the richness of any heavy meal. * **Spicy Aawla:** Gooseberry preserve, rich in nutrients and deeply traditional in flavour. * **Murabbas:** Sweet, jam-like preserves made from seasonal fruits, ideal for breakfast toast or a mid-day sweet craving.
