You will see some fun posts here about how I love pairing my spicy green chilli pickle with a hot, buttery paratha, and our brand logo that represents the promise of 'ghar jaisa swad' we deliver. At Porwal Pickles, we do not believe in machines or factory shortcuts. Every batch you see here is a result of sun-drying and manual mixing in my own kitchen in Dewas. I personally ensure that we use only Kachi Ghani mustard oil as a natural preservative, which is why our pickles retain that authentic aroma and texture for months. Whether it is our signature Aam Mastana or the zesty Nimbu Chatpata, each variety is designed to make a simple roti or dal-chawal meal feel complete. If you are looking for that missing grandmother-style taste, or simply want to avoid the chemical-heavy pickles found in stores, my kitchen is ready for you. We ship our jars across India, keeping the packaging simple and secure so that nothing but the pure, traditional flavour reaches your dining table. ## About Porwal Pickles I am Sarla Porwal, and I have been handcrafting pickles in my home for over two decades. My goal is simple: to bring the taste of dadi-nani's recipes directly to your kitchen, without any chemicals or preservatives.
