People ask if I’m a chef or a businessman. Truth is, both. Started in 1977, and every event still feels new. My best moments? When a father hugs me after his child’s wedding and says, ‘Jay, you made the day.’ That’s why we show up, awards or not. It’s all about the team, and those who trust us with their big days. We just keep moving forward, making memories.
