You are talking to us—the same people who handle everything from pet taxi logistics to boarding safety. Whether it is Aditya solving complex route queries or our founder Shruthi refining our care standards through programs like Stanford Seed, our 'check karna padega' culture means we do not just process requests; we obsess over them. If you are wondering who will be handling your pet, meet the team below. ### Our Philosophy: Pets are Family We started Poochkoo with a simple belief: 'Don't call him a dog, he's my baby.' This isn't just marketing copy for us; it is how we operate every single day. We know that letting a stranger transport or care for your pet is a huge leap of faith. By introducing you to the team, we want to close the gap between our service and your peace of mind. ### The Pack **Shruthi Venugopal, Founder & CEO** Shruthi is the driving force behind our vision. Her commitment to professional, compassionate pet care is why we are constantly learning—recently as part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program 2025. She ensures that every service, from our pet cab transport to our spa sessions, meets a standard she would demand for her own pets. **Aditya, Operations Lead** If you have booked a service, you have likely interacted with Aditya’s handiwork. He is the master of our logistics and automation. His catchphrase 'check karna padega' has become the unofficial company motto. Whenever there is a tricky pick-up, an urgent transport need, or a last-minute adjustment, Aditya is the one finding the solution to make it work. **Charlie, The OG** Every pack needs a leader, and Charlie is ours. As our brand ambassador and the original inspiration for Poochkoo, he keeps us grounded. He is a constant, fluffy reminder of why we do what we do. We believe that knowing who is behind the wheel or behind the grooming table matters. We are here to help, so reach out if you have questions about our safety protocols, transport radius in your city, or boarding facility standards. ## About Poochkoo We are Poochkoo, a team of obsessive animal lovers who started this because we know your pet is family.
