Our vans are configured to handle the specific needs of your fur baby, using flat bedding for stretchers, waterproof liners for accidents, and secure harness points to keep them stable. Most importantly, our drivers are trained in gentle lifting and slow-speed driving protocols to ensure the ride is as smooth and pain-free as possible. Getting a senior dog or an injured cat into a standard taxi is often a struggle. You do not need the extra stress of a driver who does not understand why your pet is anxious or why you need to move slowly. We designed our special needs transport service specifically to remove that friction. We do not just put your pet in a car. We prepare the space. If your pet uses a wheelchair, we configure our van to fit it securely. If they have just had surgery, we use heavy-duty absorbent sheets and waterproof lining. We strictly follow a slow-speed driving protocol to minimize jerks on the road. We treat every bump in the road as a potential source of pain for your pet. Hygiene is non-negotiable here. After every trip with an injured or unwell pet, we perform a deep sanitization, following Parvo and Distemper prevention protocols. Whether you need us for a one-off vet visit, a ride to a rehab center, or recurring physiotherapy appointments, we are here to help. We operate across Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Hosur. If you are worried about how your pet will handle the ride, tell us about their specific condition when you book. We can discuss lifting assistance or whether they need to be crated for their own safety during the journey. ## About Poochkoo We are Poochkoo, and we believe your pet's comfort is non-negotiable, especially when they are not feeling their best. We have built our team to be more than just drivers, we are pet parents who get it. We treat every doggo and cat in our care like our own family.
