When you ask us for something specific—like a complex grooming request or a unique care need—we do not just say yes blindly. We often say, “check karna padega!” (we will have to check!). That is not a delay, it is our promise that we are honestly evaluating if we can provide the best care for your fur baby before we commit. We believe that pet care goes far beyond just services. It starts with the right intention and a commitment to continuous learning. Our team, led by Shruthi and our original mascot Charlie, is built on a foundation of growth. From the Stanford Seed program to the regular first aid training that every staff member undergoes, we are constantly evolving to provide better care. We do not just perform grooming or boarding, we act as a dedicated partner in your pet’s journey. Whether it is Aditya automating our behind-the-scenes processes to ensure efficiency or team members like Gokul advocating for shelter animal welfare, everyone here is driven by a deep, personal commitment to animal dignity. When you choose Poochkoo, you are not just booking a service, you are joining a community that believes pets are family, without exceptions. We invite you to drop by our centers in Bengaluru or Pune, meet the humans behind the paws, and see firsthand why we are so obsessed with keeping things honest, safe, and full of love. ## About Poochkoo We are Poochkoo, a pack built on love, a bit of organized chaos, and a whole lot of careful consideration before we promise anything. We are not a standard kennel or salon, we are the humans who treat your fur baby exactly like our own.
