It gives your dog a chance to meet our handlers, sniff out the yard, and realize that coming back here is a fun playdate, not a goodbye. We want them to feel like this is their second home. At Poochkoo, we do not just watch pets. We join their pack. Our clients trust us because we replace the sterile environment of a typical kennel with the warmth of a home, whether you are in Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, or Hosur. We know that every pet has a different personality, which is why we offer everything from open homestay setups for social butterflies to private, cozy dens for pets who prefer their own space. ### Why Our Community Loves Us * **Real Connections:** We treat your fur babies like our own family. It is why we host breed socials and pool paw-ties. We want you to feel the love when you see those photos of your dog swimming or playing fetch. * **Safety First:** We maintain strict health protocols, from regular canine first aid training for our staff to individual health checks upon entry. If a dog is shy, we give them one-on-one attention until they feel safe. * **Transparent Care:** Sometimes we have to say 'check karna padega' (we'll have to check) when it comes to special diet requests or unique needs, but we always do our best to accommodate. We value honest communication over empty promises. ### Preparing for Your First Visit Before dropping off your pet for boarding or daycare, ensure their vaccinations are up to date and they are free of ticks. We perform a basic visual tick check at the door, but a clean bill of health makes the social integration process much smoother for everyone involved. If you are nervous about leaving them, ask us about our WhatsApp updates. We send photos and videos so you know exactly how they are doing while you are away. ## About Poochkoo We are Poochkoo, and we believe pets are family, full stop. Whether it is our cozy boarding setups in Pune or our splash-happy pool days in Bengaluru, we work hard to make sure your fur baby feels just as loved with us as they do at home.
