When you connect with our team, you will not get a templated response or a sales pitch. Whether it is our founder Shruthi working on global insights through the Stanford Seed program or our team ensuring our facility runs smoothly, the common thread is that we always say 'check karna padega' to ensure it is actually the right fit for your fur baby. ### How We Operate We do not believe in industrial-scale kenneling. Instead, we focus on individualized attention for everything from boarding and grooming to facilitating adoptions. Our philosophy is simple: pets are family, not just a service category. ### The 'Check Karna Padega' Philosophy This is not just a catchphrase on our coffee mugs; it is our operational mantra. It means we do not do 'one size fits all.' Before a pet joins us for boarding, or before an adoption is finalized, we take the time to run home safety checks, conduct compatibility interviews, and understand the pet's specific dietary or health needs. We dig deep because we want to ensure the connection lasts. ### Our Foundation Our founder, Shruthi, is currently part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program, which is helping us scale these standards to ensure the care we provide in Pune, Bengaluru, and beyond meets international quality benchmarks. It is about merging heart with professional management. ### The OG Mascot Charlie, our original pooch, remains our guiding light. His presence reminds us daily that every solution we build—from our pet taxi services to our rescue operations—must prioritize the happiness and comfort of the animal first. When you reach out to us, you are not engaging with a faceless corporate entity; you are joining a community of paw-rents who genuinely care about the next wag and purr. ## About Poochkoo We are the team behind Poochkoo, driven by a simple belief that pets are family. From our founder Shruthi to our OG mascot Charlie, we treat every single fur baby in our pack as our own.
