Every team member undergoes quarterly Canine First Aid and CPR refresher training to handle medical emergencies. We want you to feel confident that whether your pet is at our daycare or on a trek, they are with people who know exactly how to keep them secure. At Poochkoo, 'check karna padega' is not just a catchphrase from our team member Aditya, it is our core philosophy. We take every single detail seriously, from the agility obstacles in our park to the life jackets at our pool. Our founder, Shruthi Venugopal, is currently part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program, which drives how we innovate our pet care processes and ensure we are always improving. We combine this structured, business-minded approach with genuine, everyday warmth. We also partner with medical experts, such as the Seven Oaks Pet Hospital in Hyderabad, to ensure we offer comprehensive support alongside our fun activities. We are a pack that learns, grows, and puts the well-being of your dog or cat above all else. If you are looking for a place where your pet is cared for by professionals who love animals as much as you do, you have found your pack. ## About Poochkoo We are Poochkoo, a pack of pet lovers who believe every wag and purr counts. Whether we are perfecting our operational processes or getting trained in canine first aid, we keep your pet’s safety and happiness at the center of everything we do.
