This isn't just paperwork. It helps us understand if your baby is shy, aggressive, or needs extra space, so we can set up their stay to be stress-free from the moment they walk through our door. When you are leaving your pet behind, you don't just want a facility. You want peace of mind. We know the anxiety that comes with dropping off your dog—whether it's for an overnight stay or just daycare while you're at work. That is why we emphasize transparent communication and real-time updates for every guest. ### Why our community trusts us: * **Live CCTV Access:** You can check on your pet whenever you want. If you are worried, we want you to see them having fun in our garden, not guessing if they are okay. * **Personalized Care:** From feeding schedules to specific medical needs, we don't do 'one size fits all'. If your senior dog needs help walking, or your puppy needs extra potty training, we adapt to them. * **The 'Home' Difference:** We are not a kennel. There are no cages here. Our guests sleep on real beds, use AC rooms, and enjoy the same comfort they get at home. ### Common Questions: * **Can you handle aggressive dogs?** We assess every dog's personality beforehand. If a pet is stressed or needs space, we ensure they get it without compromising their safety or our staff's. * **Do you really follow my instructions?** Yes. Whether it's a specific diet or medication timing, we follow what you tell us. We know these are your babies, not just pets. Whether you are from Noida Sector 112 or coming from across Delhi NCR, we ensure the transition is smooth. Don't just take our word for it—listen to the parents who have made us their go-to home away from home. ## About Poochkins We are Rachita and the Poochkins team, and we run our home, not a business.
