When you book me for your event, I do not just show up to sing covers. I bring the same raw vulnerability I put into my single, Snowflake, to make your gathering feel genuinely personal and honest. I started out with classical training and opera, but somewhere along the way, I found my voice in indie pop. Now, I write music that feels like a conversation. My original songs are stories about floating feelings, 'chakkare' (sweetheart) moments, and the messy reality of life. ### Why book an original songwriter? Most live music sets rely entirely on covers. While I love singing Taylor Swift or SZA, adding my own original music to your event changes the dynamic. It gives your guests a moment to pause and listen to a story, rather than just using the music as background noise. Whether you are hosting an intimate house party in Bangalore or a cozy cafe gig in Kochi, my original songs help create a space where people feel comfortable enough to just be themselves. ### How I perform my originals - **Solo Acoustic:** Just me, my guitar, and my originals. Perfect for small, quiet gatherings. - **Duo/Band:** If you want a fuller sound for a wedding or corporate event, I adapt my original arrangements with backing harmonies or a full band setup to give them more energy. I am not about creating a polished, distant concert experience. I am about the bloopers, the candid moments, and the music that hits home. If you want a live music performance that feels less like a sterile show and more like hanging out with a friend, let’s chat. ## About Susanna Ben I am Susanna, just a girl with a guitar and way too many thoughts.
