We cook in traditional deghs over wood fire, which means the biryani has that specific smokiness you cannot fake with gas. For your order, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance so we can manage the preparation properly. Since 1996, our kitchen in RT Nagar has been the heart of many Bangalore celebrations. We believe that food should be the highlight of your event, not an afterthought. Whether you are hosting a small family gathering or a large wedding, we focus on providing generous quantities of authentic Mughlai food. ### What We Bring to Your Dawat * **Wood-Fired Taste:** We slow-cook our biryani in big deghs over wood fire. This traditional method gives the rice and meat a distinct flavour you will not find in gas-stove preparations. * **Complete Meals:** Every biryani order comes as a full package. You get the brinjal gravy, raita, and a traditional dessert like Bread Halwa or Kheer with every kilo. No need to order side dishes separately. * **Starters and Sides:** Beyond our signature biryani, we prepare a range of party starters. Our Chicken Kebabs, whether Red 65 style or Green Masala, are sold by the kilo and come with fresh onions and lemon wedges. * **Flexible Catering:** We handle the logistics of your event, from the food setup to the presentation. We have experience catering for college fests, corporate events, and traditional wedding dinners. ### How We Work We keep things simple. We do not do fancy, complex plating because our focus is on the taste and the freshness of the food. Everything is cooked fresh against your specific order. We deliver across Bangalore and can handle orders from 3kg up to bulk requirements for larger events.
