It is about understanding the little quirks, fears, and routines that make your pet who they are. ## Photos and videos - [Video: We often hear from pet parents, ‘She’s anxious and may not be friendly.’ We understand that fear, and our greatest joy is showing them how their beloved pet can warm up and feel safe with us. Whether it is meal timing, medication schedules, or simply the need for a quiet corner to decompress after travel, we track it all. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care because every doggo and cat has their own unique personality and needs that we are here to support. ### How We Make It Work We know that leaving your pet is hard. Whether you are dealing with a senior dog, a nervous rescue, or a tiny puppy, our team in Yelahanka and Bettahalasuru is trained to handle the specifics. ### Specialized Care Modules - **Senior & Geriatric Support:** We provide physical assistance for movement, anti-slip mats for tiled surfaces, and custom soft diets for sensitive stomachs. - **Anxious & Reactive Care:** We offer solo accommodation in quiet zones. We use a no-force approach, sitting with pets until they choose to engage with us, rather than pushing for interaction. - **Puppy & Kitten Units:** Our dedicated units feature strict hygiene protocols, high-frequency meal services, and controlled socialization with older, calm 'teacher dogs' to build confidence. - **Medical Recovery:** For pets healing from injury or surgery, we manage medication adherence and provide restricted movement protocols to ensure a safe recovery. ### Transparency & Communication We understand the anxiety of being apart. That is why we provide video updates twice a day. You get to see them eating, napping, or playing, so you know exactly how they are doing. Our facilities are deep-cleaned daily because we view hygiene as a non-negotiable part of our promise to keep your munchkins safe and healthy. ## About Play Pet Boarding We are Play, and we get way too attached to our guests. If your pet needs extra attention, be it because they are nervous, recovering, or just need a lot of love, we are the team that will sit with them until they feel safe.
