Beyond just providing a safe space, they value the twice-daily video updates that show them exactly how their pets are eating, playing, and settling in while they are separated from their family. We believe that trust isn't built on brochures or fancy facilities, but on consistent, loving care. Whether you are moving abroad and need help with pet relocation, or you simply need a reliable place for your dog or cat to stay while you travel, the feedback we get confirms one thing: transparency matters. We don't do vague promises. When parents like Agnes trust us with their cats for 11 months, they need to know their pets are being handled with patience and care. That is why we commit to those daily updates. When clients like Patty board their dogs with us year after year, they aren't just looking for a kennel—they are looking for a place where their pets are treated like part of the family. If you are worried about your pet's first time in boarding, or if you need help with a complex task like a vet visit or travel coordination, read through these experiences. It will give you a clear sense of how we handle everything, from specific dietary needs to the occasional 'wild' rescue pet that just needs a little extra time to adjust. ## About Play Pet Boarding We are the team at Play Pet Boarding, and honestly, we love animals a bit too much. We aren't here to just 'watch' your pet; we get attached to every single one, learning their weird habits and favorite napping spots until you are reunited.
