It is the first step in building trust. When we hand out treats, we ask our guests to sit and wait patiently, which helps them focus and feel secure in a new environment. This gentle structure is exactly how we help shy or anxious pups feel comfortable enough to start playing with the rest of the gang. At our Yelahanka and Bettahalasuru facilities, we see every guest's personality shine during these quiet moments. Whether it is a nervous indie learning to trust a new human or a goofy Labrador waiting for a biscuit, these interactions are the building blocks of a happy boarding experience. We do not use cages. Instead, we use space, routine, and a lot of patience. If your dog is new to boarding, we take the time to sit quietly with them, offering treats as a reward for simply existing in our company. This method works well for puppies, senior dogs who prefer a slower pace, and even high-energy dogs who need a bit of guidance to channel their excitement. We document these small wins because we know how much it means to see your dog happy, engaged, and calm while you are away. Our team ensures that every interaction, from the morning meal to the evening play session, is designed to reduce stress and build lasting confidence for your pet. ## About Play Pet Boarding We are Play. Animals rule our world here, and we honestly get too attached to every guest who walks through our doors. We make it our mission to know their weird habits and their favorite moods, so we are not just a place to stay, but a second home for your munchkins.
