We focus on 'masti' (fun) while ensuring safety, using high-density EVA mats for every tumble and cartwheel. Whether your child is just starting with basic rhythm or looking to learn cool flips, I keep the vibe playful so they actually look forward to class. ### How We Build Confidence At our studio in Sector 49, Noida, we believe every child has a 'dance ka bhoot' (dance fever) just waiting to come out. My approach combines the creativity of Bollywood dance with the physical discipline of gymnastics. We do not just teach steps; we create a space where kids feel safe to make mistakes, laugh at themselves, and improve. ### What Happens in Class * **Movement & Gymnastics:** We start with basics like forward rolls, handstands, and bridges. As they get comfortable, we introduce more advanced tricks like cartwheels and flips, always with manual spotting to prevent injury. * **Dance & Rhythm:** We mix trending Bollywood tracks with expressive movement. This helps with coordination, balance, and stage presence. * **Safe Environment:** Our studio is fully air-conditioned and fitted with wall-to-wall mirrors so students can self-correct. We use 20 to 25mm thick interlocking puzzle mats over marble flooring, which is the gold standard for junior acrobatics safety. ### A Typical Session Each 60-minute class is structured to keep energy high but safe. We start with a warm-up, move into skill-building drills, practice a short routine, and finish with a cool-down. The focus is always on progress over perfection.
