Plats is a warm, unhurried space in Malviya Nagar where the kitchen is our playground, the wine flows by the glass, and every meal feels like a quiet conversation.

## About The Plats Experience: Our Space & Team

Walk in, and you will notice the rhythm. It is not a frantic kitchen, but a quiet, coordinated dance. We prioritize the atmosphere as much as the plates, whether it is our team experimenting with new flavor concepts or our sommelier walking you through a bottle you can try entirely by the glass.

Our space in Malviya Nagar was designed to be a playground, not just a service station. You will see the fire and the steam from the kitchen pass, because we believe the process is as much a part of the meal as the final plating. Our team is central to this experience. Every fortnight, our chefs take turns cooking for one another, pulling from memory, travel, and pure instinct. These team meals are how we stay curious and keep our menu evolving. 

We also rethink how wine is served. Most places restrict premium labels to the bottle, but we believe you should be able to explore freely. That is why every single wine on our list is available by the glass, letting you play with pairings that actually match your palate. Whether you are coming in for a quiet Monday dinner or a busy Saturday night, we designed this space to make you pause. We are not here to rush you, but to help you settle in and enjoy the contrast of flavors we work so hard to balance.

## About Plats

We are Hanisha and Jamsheed, and Plats is where we play with flavors. We didn't want a rigid dining room; we wanted a space that felt like home, where our chefs can experiment with new techniques and you can settle in for a long, unhurried meal.
