At Plats, we view dining as a series of deliberate choices, where every plate and glass is an exercise in balance. Our kitchen in Malviya Nagar is where we bring these ideas to life, drawing inspiration from our travels to create food that feels both global and deeply personal. ### The Kitchen Philosophy Our approach is about harmony. We focus on layering textures and flavours, ensuring that every dish offers a bit of contrast. Whether it is a seasonal risotto or one of our slow-cooked mains, we aim for plates that invite you to slow down and notice the details. We do not chase trends. We chase what feels honest. ### Drinks with Soul Our bar program is an extension of our kitchen. We treat cocktails with the same rigour as our food, using house-made infusions, shrubs, and techniques like milk clarification to build drinks that linger. The menu is fluid. You will find signatures like our Umami Mami or the Gold Rush, alongside a rotating list of creations born from our weekly experiments. If you prefer to skip the alcohol, our non-alcoholic drinks are crafted with equal care, using cold-pressed juices and fresh botanicals. ### The Space We designed Plats to be a place of connection. It is not about noise or flash. It is about warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a team that knows the story behind every ingredient.
