We use smooth, washed grey river pebbles around your Buddha statue to create clean, defined lines that keep the area looking tidy without much effort. The weight and texture of the hand-carved black marble contrast beautifully against the vibrant green of Areca palms, providing a focal point that stays striking even during Delhi's dusty months. ### Creating Your Personal Zen Retreat A zen garden does not require acres of land. You can replicate that sense of calm on a balcony or a small terrace section. The key is using the right materials that hold up in the Delhi climate while requiring minimal upkeep. ### The Role of Stone and Greenery We anchor these spaces using high-quality, hand-carved black marble Buddha statues. Stone adds permanence, acting as an anchor point for your garden design. We surround these features with a thick bed of washed river pebbles. This is a practical choice, as pebbles prevent soil erosion during heavy rains and keep your balcony floor clean compared to loose mud. ### Choosing Tropical Plants To complement the stone elements, we select hardy tropical plants like Areca Palms or lush ferns. These plants thrive in pots and add the necessary height and texture to soften the hard edges of concrete walls. By grouping these plants around your seating area, you create a natural screen that adds privacy and blocks out city noise. ### Maintenance Tips * Stone Care: Simply wipe your stone statue with a damp cloth once a month to keep it looking fresh. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. * Pebble Upkeep: Rake the pebbles occasionally to remove fallen leaves. A quick hose down helps them retain their natural grey colour. * Plant Health: Ensure your pots have proper drainage holes, especially for the tropical plants, to prevent waterlogging. Whether you need a full terrace makeover or just a small corner styling, we help you pick the right placement for your statue to ensure it catches the light and creates the relaxing vibe you want. ## About Plantwale We are Plantwale, and we specialize in turning empty concrete corners into green sanctuaries.
