## About Healthy Cooking Workshops

### Why I Do This

Healthy cooking doesn’t have to mean boring food. I started these workshops after losing 28 kgs myself and helping over 1,200 women do the same. My approach is all about adding good stuff, not taking away what you love. Honestly, most of our Indian food is already plant-based - *dal chawal toh vegan hi hai!* (lentils and rice are already vegan!).

### What Happens in My Workshops

- Live, interactive sessions - you can ask me anything, no filters.
- Cook along with me from your own kitchen, real-time.
- Lifetime access to recordings, so you never miss a step.

### What We Cook

- Salads that are actually tasty and filling, not just leaves.
- Millet recipes workshop: learn how to use millets like jowar and ragi in daily meals.
- Healthy meal prep ideas for busy days.
- Guilt-free Indian sweets and snacks, plus protein-packed breakfasts.

### More Than Just Recipes

It’s not just a class - it’s about building habits. *Baar baar yahi bolti hu* (I keep saying this) - consistency matters. After the workshop, you’ll join a WhatsApp group where we share wins, tips, and keep each other motivated.

### My Promise

I keep things *sasti-sundar-tikau* (affordable, beautiful, durable) and practical. My goal is to help you fall in love with food that loves you back. And yaad rakhna (remember), *mai apni favourite hu* (I am my own favorite) - self-care isn’t selfish.

### My story

Hi, I’m Kirti. Main computer engineer thi, par life ne kuch alag hi plan bana diya. 2014 mein, after my daughter was born, I was overweight, tired, and honestly, lost. Sab bolte the weight loss possible nahi after baby, par mujhe prove karna tha. Plant-based khana, local food, thoda patience - lost 28 kgs. Ab nutrition meri journey ka hissa hai, aur main wahi share karti hoon jo khud pe try kiya hai. No random gyaan, just real talk.

### My work

- **What I Offer**: Plant-based nutrition coaching, hormone balancing for women, holistic wellness, sustainable weight loss journey, millet salad workshops.
- **Holistic Wellness**: It’s not just food. We work on exercise, sunlight, meditation, simple routines - full mind and body care.
- **Traditional Indian Food**: Dal-chawal, sabzi-roti, local and seasonal - I stick to what our dadi-nani knew, not Western fads.
- **No Crash Diets**: We make small, real changes. Main apne clients ka haath nahi chhodti jab tak habit na ban jaye.
- **Who I Work With**: Mostly women tired of quick fixes, looking for doable, practical, long-term health and balance.
