We do not believe in one-size-fits-all setups, so we customize every element—from the specific floral backdrop colors to the seating arrangement—to match the exact mood you want for your Bhajan Sandhya. Our approach to Guruji Satsang and Bhajan Sandhya decor is to keep things simple, respectful, and deeply meaningful. We handle the entire transformation of your living room or community hall, ensuring that every detail reflects a serene atmosphere. We typically start with a 10ft backdrop, using elements like shimmer curtains, sequins, or scalloped satin drapes in red, gold, or yellow to suit your preference. A key part of our service is setting up a dedicated spot for Guruji’s Swaroop, complete with a velvet throne, embroidered cushions, and a fresh flower garland that looks vibrant yet graceful. We also pay close attention to the floral work. Whether you want a semi-circular floral arch, marigold strings, or specialized 'Shukrana Guruji' signs, we work with high-quality silk and fresh flowers to get the look right. For evening gatherings, our lighting design includes LED par cans for a gentle color wash and fairy lights tucked behind sheer curtains to create a warm, inviting glow. Logistics are handled by us from start to finish. We usually require 3-4 hours before the event to complete the setup, so everything is ready well before your guests arrive. If you need floor seating, we provide mattresses with clean white sheets and bolsters for a comfortable, traditional experience. We are happy to travel anywhere across the National Capital Region to bring these setups to your home. ## About Plan My Day We are Plan My Day, and we believe that a spiritual gathering should feel personal and comforting, not like a staged event. We listen closely to how you want the space to feel—whether that is calm and minimal or rich with florals—and we make sure the final result is exactly that.
