For events like Lohri or Diwali, I focus on creating a dedicated photo-op corner—using props like phulkari umbrellas or customized welcome signs—so your guests have a natural spot to gather and take pictures without the main living area feeling cluttered. ### Making Your Home Festive-Ready When I work on festive home decor, my goal is to blend tradition with the unique personality of your family. You do not need a massive venue to make an impact. I love using natural textures—marigold strings, wooden props, and brass urlis—to bring a touch of the traditional to modern apartments. Whether you are hosting a small Dandiya night in your society garden or a family Karwa Chauth on your balcony, I focus on the lighting and the backdrop to set the right mood. ### My Approach to Festive Themes - **Diwali & Navratri:** I focus on bright, vibrant drapes and lighting. I often use hanging lanterns or fairy lights to create a warm glow. For card parties, I love adding fun elements like oversized playing cards or sequin backdrops that stand out in photos. - **Lohri & Karwa Chauth:** These are all about warmth and intimacy. I use elements like phulkari fabrics, pinwheels, and personalized welcome signage to make the setup feel unique to your family. - **Setup Logistics:** I believe in minimal disruption. My team handles everything from the initial load-in to the final cleanup, ensuring you aren't left with a mess after the party ends. If you have a specific vision in mind—even if it is just a reference photo you saw on Pinterest—share it with me. We can adapt any theme to fit your space, whether it is an indoor setup or an outdoor garden party. Aap batao, kaise chahiye—waise hi ho jayega. ## About Plan My Day Hi, I am Diksha from Plan My Day.
