I use specific HD bases that give you that smooth, glass-skin finish without looking flat or heavy. It’s all about creating a glow that stays fresh from your first entry to the final dance. Engagement and reception events are where you can really have fun with your look. While your wedding day might demand a traditional or royal vibe, these pre-wedding functions are the perfect time to try something modern, chic, and totally 'you'. ### My Approach to Evening Glam When you're under party lights, less is often more. My goal is to make your skin look like skin, just better. I use a combination of premium HD products that reflect light beautifully rather than absorbing it. This ensures you look stunning in both candids and those high-flash professional shots. ### Soft Glam vs. Bold Styles * **Soft Glam:** This is my go-to for daytime engagements or a minimalist reception look. Think glowing skin, subtle winged liner, and glossy, natural lips. It’s elegant and doesn't feel like you're wearing a mask. * **Dramatic/Bold:** If your outfit is heavy or the event is a high-energy cocktail party, we can dial it up. I love creating cut-crease eye looks or using metallic pigments that really pop in a dark venue. ### The Details That Matter Makeup isn't just about the face. For these events, I coordinate closely with your hairstylist to make sure your hair matches the vibe—whether that’s Hollywood waves for a gown or a messy textured bun for a lehenga. I also take care of the finishing touches like setting your jewellery, body polishing for an even skin tone, and ensuring your lashes are perfectly placed.
