## About Opulent Evening Affairs

The biggest secret to our reception setups isn't just the flowers. It is how we treat light like a guest of honor. We don't just dump chandeliers in the middle of the room. Instead, we layer warm, low-hanging glow with mirrored surfaces so that whether you are dancing or just nursing a drink, you are always bathed in the right kind of soft, flattering light. It is about building a room that feels smaller and more intimate as the night goes on.

Whether you are eyeing a 'chandni raatein' theme or want to bring some industrial-chic energy to your Sangeet, we treat every reception like the grand finale.

**Mood, Not Just Decor**
We have designed everything from celestial lounges under a galaxy of fairy lights to moody, velvet-draped ballrooms at Mundota Fort. If your venue is a historic palace, we do not fight the architecture. We lean into it with arched panels and candelabras. If it is a modern lawn, we build the vibe from scratch with floating floral installations and custom flooring.

**The Lighting Philosophy**
A party dies in harsh overhead light. We use a mix of crystal chandeliers, hidden LED strips, and glass-encased candles to create a warm, honeyed glow. Our goal is to make everyone in the room look like they are starring in their own movie.

**Tablescapes That Actually Get Used**
We skip those massive, space-hogging centerpieces. Instead, we opt for low-profile floral runners and flickering lanterns that do not block your guests from talking to each other.

**Our Process**
We start by asking what you are listening to and what kind of story you are telling. Then, we dive into the details like the texture of the drapes, the specific scent of the flowers, and the placement of every single light. It is a bit of chaos during the setup, but that is the Pitara signature. We turn that hustle into the kind of magic that makes the whole room feel like a collective deep breath.

## About Pitara Events

We are Pitara. Think of us as your decor partners in crime. We have spent ten years obsessing over velvet, wire mesh, and the exact placement of a candle because we believe your reception should be as wild or as romantic as your love story.
