If you are hosting a lounge night, we do not just line up chairs. We mix velvet armchairs with contrasting textures and lower the lighting specifically over the coffee tables, so guests naturally gravitate toward those spots to talk. It is about creating an atmosphere where the decor invites people to linger, not just look. Your social event should feel like a story, not just a rented space. Whether it is a boho-themed Diwali bash on a terrace or a high-end lounge setup for an intimate party, we treat every gathering with the same intensity as a grand wedding. We start by identifying the vibe. Is it main character energy for a birthday? Or a moody, candlelit aesthetic for a sunset party? For our social events, we lean into specific, intentional details. We love playing with unconventional elements, like hanging floral rings above a bar or using dried pampas grass to soften a harsh balcony edge. It is decor that does not take itself too seriously but looks incredibly polished. Our process is simple: we handle the heavy lifting so you can actually enjoy your own party. We manage the lighting, the floral installations, and the furniture placement, ensuring that your space feels cohesive. We know that social events often have shorter setup windows than weddings, so our team is built for quick, high-impact transformations. Sometimes the crew thinks we are decor delulu for obsessing over a single corner, but that is where the magic comes from. Here is how we approach different social themes: * Boho-Chic Parties: We use natural textures, soft rugs, and warm lighting to create a cozy, living room feel in outdoor spaces. * Lounge Setups: We focus on conversational clusters. By pairing luxury velvet sofas with modern, low-profile tables, we create pockets of comfort. * Statement Bars: We do not just set up a counter. We build a feature piece using lighting and decor that draws the room energy to the bar. We are always open to hearing about a venue or a specific mood you have in mind to help you build the vibe. ## About Pitara Events We are Pitara, and for us, a setup is the main character.
