It’s about the team that makes sure the chandelier is hung at the perfect height or the floral arch survives the afternoon sun. When you hire us, you aren't just booking decor; you’re booking a team that obsesses over the wiring, the lighting levels, and the exact placement of every candle until the 'vibe check' is perfect. ### The Reality of Event Execution Creating an immersive event isn't just about picking pretty flowers. It’s a logistical puzzle. From securing heavy structures in heritage forts to masking venue imperfections with draping, our on-ground team handles the heavy lifting so you can actually enjoy your event. **Our Process:** * **Concept & Sketching:** We start with your story. If you want a celestial night, we aren't just buying stars; we are sketching the specific layout of planet decor to fit your venue’s dimensions. * **Structural Integrity:** Whether it's a 40ft stage or a massive ceiling installation, our priority is safety. We conceal trusses with fabric cladding and ensure the production is as stable as it is beautiful. * **The Floral & Lighting Rush:** This is where the magic happens. We treat florals as poetry, ensuring every bloom is fresh and placed for maximum impact. Lighting is adjusted to create moods—from the soft, romantic glow of a candlelit dinner to the high-energy pulse of a sangeet. ### Why the 'BTS' Matters Transparency is key to our process. We show you the chaos because it proves we are present at every step. Whether we are in Delhi or traveling for a destination wedding in Jaipur, the same team is there, adjusting the tablescapes and moving the furniture until it feels like home. We believe if the crew is comfortable and focused, the event turns out extraordinary. You’re hiring a team that knows that the smallest detail—a single crystal napkin ring or the height of a floor lamp—is what truly defines luxury. ## About Pitara Events We are Pitara, and honestly, we’re just a bunch of creatives who prefer ladders to desk chairs. We spend our days chasing the perfect 'vibe' and our nights making sure the fairy lights actually work. If you want a team that treats your event like their own personal masterpiece, you’ve found us.
