We teach the 'why' behind our traditions through stories and play, helping your child understand values like sharing and 'swachhata' (cleanliness) in a way that sticks. At Peas in Pod, we believe festivals are the best classrooms. Whether it is the warmth of a Lohri bonfire or the magic of a Christmas carnival, we turn these occasions into hands-on learning experiences. Our approach goes beyond the surface. For instance, during our monsoon parties, we use sensory play to talk about nature rather than just having a wet play day. Why do we focus on this? Because festivals are natural gateways to history, geography, and values. Children learn about community, gratitude, and empathy through activities like storytelling, puppet shows, and collaborative art projects. We avoid mass-produced celebrations. Instead, we encourage children to make their own decorations, learn about the harvest or the season, and participate in rituals that are age-appropriate and meaningful. Parents often share that their kids come home excited to explain the significance of a festival they discussed in class. We keep our groups small so that every child, whether they are a shy toddler or a confident kindergartner, gets the space to participate. If you are looking for a place where your child learns culture through joy rather than rote memorization, our festival-themed camps in Noida Sector 116 and 117 are the right fit. ## About Peas in Pod We are a team of educators who view children as curious, little Ganeshas. We believe learning should be full of laughter and messy fun, ensuring every child feels like a superstar from day one.
