When we teach stranger awareness or basic self-defense, we use age-appropriate storytelling to ensure they understand the 'why' without feeling scared. It is all about building confidence so that if a tricky situation arises, your child knows exactly how to respond calmly and smartly. Our safety-first approach is woven into the daily routine at our Sector 116 and 117 branches. We know that as parents, your biggest worry is your child's security, and we aim to replace that concern with active training. ### What does this look like in practice? It is a mix of structure and play. We conduct regular mock drills where children learn how to evacuate calmly, identify emergency exits, and follow instructions during a crisis. It sounds serious, but we make it part of their daily games, just like fireless cooking or pottery. We treat safety as a habit, not an alarm. ### Stranger Awareness & Self-Defense We teach children about 'Stranger Danger' through simple, relatable stories. We explain that a stranger isn't always a scary person in a movie; it can be anyone they don't know, and we teach them firm boundaries—like saying a loud 'NO' if someone offers gifts or tries to take them somewhere. Our basic self-defense modules are designed to build motor skills and physical awareness, giving them the tools to move away from uncomfortable situations quickly. ### Confidence as a Life Skill We believe public speaking is a crucial safety tool.
