We don’t just buy pre-made mixes; we soak the nuts and fruits ourselves, exactly the way I’d want to eat them. It takes time, and it is why our cakes actually taste like Christmas, not a factory product. Whether you need a centerpiece plum cake for a family dinner or just a box of gingerbread cookies to keep around the house, we’ve kept the menu simple but solid. **Why our plum cake is different:** It isn't a sponge with food coloring. It’s dense, moist, and loaded with fruits that have been soaking in our secret mix. Because we are 100% eggless, we spend extra time on the texture. If it doesn’t hold its own without eggs, we don’t serve it. **The festive lineup:** - **Plum Cakes & Puddings:** Traditional, packed with soaked dry fruits and nuts. Available in standard loaves or festive star shapes. - **Treat Boxes:** These are our most popular gift items. We bundle a mini plum cake, gingerbread stars, and cookies so you don’t have to figure out the gifting part yourself. - **Themed Cupcakes:** Hand-decorated snowflakes, reindeer, and Santa belts. They’re fun for kids and they look great on the table. **Ordering for the holidays:** We bake across our Delhi NCR outlets, from Connaught Place to Gurugram. If you’re planning a holiday party, I suggest reaching out a few days early. We get busy, and because we don't believe in batch-producing everything months ahead to store in a freezer, freshness is our constraint. You want a fresh cake, not one that’s been sitting in a box for a week. Send me a message and let's get your festive treats sorted. ## About Pink Box I’m Aman, and at Pink Box, we don't believe in perfect Christmas cakes—we believe in cakes that actually taste like they were made with care. We started this small, and even with the holiday rush, we handle the fruit mixing and the decorating ourselves to keep it real.
