You won’t find us hiding behind massive factory machines here—most of our piping is still done by hand because I believe you can automate a bakery, but you can’t automate the soul. If you walk into our Vasant Kunj or Connaught Place stores, you'll likely see us doing exactly what you see in these photos: frosting, packing, and making sure the sponge is soft before it leaves the counter. We started in 2013 with nothing but a hunger to get it right. Behind the Bakes means exactly that—transparency. We don't have an industrial setup where quality gets lost in the noise. Whether it's our Red Velvet cupcakes, our layered dessert tubs, or those festive hampers, every item is tasted by me before it reaches your table. ### Why the 'Process' Matters When you order from us, you aren't just getting a cake. You are getting an eggless recipe that we have tweaked, tested, and sometimes failed at before getting it right. That is the honest truth. - **100% Eggless:** We don't do mixed kitchens. Every flour mix, every cream, and every garnish is strictly egg-free. - **Handcrafted Focus:** From the way we spread ganache to the handwritten notes we tuck into your bag, we keep it human. No mass-production lines here. - **Quality Check:** If a batch of cookies doesn't taste right to me, it doesn't leave the shop. We would rather say no to an order than send out something that doesn't feel like 'us.' We know ordering online can feel like a gamble. That’s why we share these behind-the-scenes glimpses—so you know exactly who is making your treat and how much care goes into that first bite. ## About Pink Box Hi, I'm Aman. I didn't grow up as a trained pastry chef, but I did grow up learning that you have to care about what you make. My mom and I started this kitchen to share real, eggless desserts that actually taste like they were made at home, not in a factory.
