It was a compliance reality check from FSSAI. If you're a foodpreneur, don't ignore the legal fine print just because you're busy baking—it will catch up to you. Nobody tells you about the days when staff walk out, when a customer gets angry, or how lonely it gets when you are trying to scale but have nobody to call for advice. I started Pink Box in 2013 without a mentor, and I spent years figuring things out through trial and error. ### The Reality of Food Business This cluster isn't a masterclass; it's just a raw look at what I've learned while running a bakery in Delhi.
