When I say it is ghar ka achaar, I mean it—I source local produce and use the same recipes I have perfected over the years, just like I do for my own family. ### My Kitchen, My Rules I started Pikkle Shikkle when I turned 60, not because I was looking for a business, but because I wanted to share the taste of home. In my kitchen, there are no shortcuts. Every batch of pickle is handmade, sun-dried, and packed into a glass jar with a whole lot of love. Because I do not use any artificial preservatives or chemicals, please remember to store your jars in the fridge to keep the taste fresh for longer. ### What You Will Find Here This collection features my most popular creations that keep customers coming back: * **Spicy Mango Pickle:** The classic Punjabi kick you have been looking for. * **Lemon Crush:** My personal favourite and a must-try for everyone who visits my stall. * **Garlic Chutney & Crush:** Bold, spicy, and perfectly addictive. * **Mixed Veg Pickle:** The perfect balance of crunch and tang. * **Sweet Mango Jaggery:** For those who like a mix of sweet and sour. ### Why Hand-Made Matters When you buy from me, you are getting food made with the same ingredients I would use for my husband Ekbal and our family. Whether you are craving the pungency of pure mustard oil or the rich sweetness of jaggery, my recipes focus on traditional Punjabi flavours. I am always at the markets in Bangalore meeting you folks, sharing samples, and listening to what you love. If you are missing home-cooked food, these jars are my way of bringing that comfort to your table. ## About Pikkle Shikkle I am Gurdeep Kaur, the Punjabi Aunty behind Pikkle Shikkle.
