You choose exactly which lights dim, which curtains close, and what temperature your AC hits. Once you save it as 'Movie Time' or 'Goodnight', the entire sequence happens with one voice command or a single tap in our app. You don't need a renovation or a PhD in tech to make your home work for you. Our retrofit modules connect to your existing switchboards, so you keep your aesthetic while gaining full control. ### How Scenes Work Think of a 'Scene' as a macro for your appliances. Instead of touching four switches and a remote, you group them. - **Movie Time:** We set your theatre dimming, draw the curtains, and switch on the projector screen simultaneously. - **Goodnight:** With one command, the house enters sleep mode—ACs are scheduled, curtains close, and unnecessary lights shut down. - **Morning Routine:** Wake up with shades opening automatically, followed by geysers switching on so you have hot water exactly when you step out of bed. ### Why It Matters It’s about saving you the small, annoying steps you take every day. Whether it's setting 'Alexa, Lumos' for your footlights or a 'Netflix and Chill' scene that dims the spotlights to 40% and sets the AC to 18 degrees, the goal is to stop you from hunting for remotes. Since we work with both Amazon Alexa and Google Home, your house learns to listen to your voice. Everything is installed without chipping a single wall, making this perfect for both modern luxury homes and heritage apartments. We keep the setup simple, the interface intuitive, and the vibe exactly how you want it. ## About Picostone I started Picostone because I was tired of daily chores like getting up to dim the lights during a movie. I wanted a way to make my home listen to me without tearing down my walls. My team and I build these scenes so your home actually takes care of you, fitting into your life rather than forcing you to change it.
