In our competitive batches, we actually run 3x3 scrimmages with referees to simulate real-game stress, so you learn to read the court and adapt under pressure, not just memorize plays. Competitive basketball isn't just about having the best jump shot. It's about mental toughness, decision-making, and game awareness. At our academy in Dwarka, we move beyond basic skill training to focus on tactical growth, preparing players for the reality of tournament environments. ### Why Tournament Prep Matters Many players have skills but freeze when the score is close. We bridge that gap. By implementing pick and roll plays, fast break spacing, and zone concepts, we teach players to think two steps ahead. Our training includes: * **Match Simulations:** Weekly scrimmages with refereeing to mimic the intensity of events like the Hustle House 3x3. * **Positional Specialization:** Targeted drills for point guards to improve court vision and for post players to improve finishing. * **High-Performance Conditioning:** Plyometrics and core strengthening to ensure you are the fastest player on the court in the fourth quarter. ### Training Locations We operate across multiple schools in Dwarka to ensure accessibility for serious athletes, including Modern Convent School, Abhinav Global School, and MRV School. All venues feature well-maintained hard courts and the necessary equipment to support advanced training. ### The Process Yeh sab patience wala process hai, but it pays off. We keep our batches small, usually around a 1:12 coach to player ratio, ensuring that every player gets the feedback they need to correct their form—whether it's on a shooting mechanic or defensive stance. If you are ready to move from decent to deadly on the court, this is where you start. ## About Pick Skills Basketball Academy We believe the court is where character is built, not just trophies. We don’t sugarcoat the grind—if you want to compete, we train until your instincts take over and winning becomes a habit.
