This ensures you get a competitive, learning-focused match instead of a dangerous mismatch, whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned grappler. ### Our Approach to Grappling My philosophy is simple: beginner grapplers need time to grow, not a crushing loss. That is why our inter-club tournament setup uses strict vetting for every bout. I look at your skill history, not just what the scale says. These grappling sessions are held at our Jayanagar or Whitefield facilities, providing an environment that is more about technical exchange than ego. ### Why Join Our Invitational? We run these events to build community across Bangalore’s gyms, bringing together fighters from various schools. If you are tired of sparring the same people or want to test your skills in a professional, no-nonsense format, this is where you start. * **Fair Matchmaking:** We vet every opponent based on experience and weight. * **Technical Focus:** Whether you do Boxing, Kickboxing, or Submission Wrestling, the emphasis is on the 'why' behind the move. * **Safe Environment:** We operate with on-site referees and basic first-aid support in a controlled, respectful setting. ### What You Get Beyond just the bout, you receive a certified match, refereeing, and real-time feedback. Win or lose, the goal is to walk away with more confidence and a clearer picture of your own grappling mechanics. We provide medals for winners and certificates for everyone who steps on the mat, acknowledging the effort it takes to compete. ## About Phenomenal MMA Academy I’m Raj, and I run these invitationals because I’ve been there—hurt, frustrated, and needing a fair chance to grow. I don’t just host events; I’m on the mats with you, keeping the fights honest and the atmosphere grounded.
